Yeah, owning a great home is a great investment. It’s a super big step and
really the “next step.”
But that’s not where we are right now. Living in a 3 or 4 bedroom house
just doesn’t make sense. We’ll just fill it with things, and it’s just a house.
I guess I’m torn between the utility and uselessness of stuff. We need
things to live, to work – but at the end of all this. After the cameras,
studio strobes, cars, and houses the only thing that really matters is
Jesus Christ.
Everything changes when you do the same things – but with Christ in mind.
How do we photograph and keep Jesus in mind? How about this for size.
We always find people in their happiest state. Can’t our photographs keep
the memory of an awesome love that God has shown two people in each other?
But really, I won’t leave you without some pics. Rae and I are headed to
Galveston this morning and we might try to snap a couple senior pictures.
Hang tight. More Pics to Come!

I understand and feel that exact feeling now… except, maybe not exact, I’m on the other end wondering why we have so much – when we really need only a portion. *sigh*
